Comments about this video:
Day 25 and I am in the most merciless flatline ever! It is so bad that I will make sure that I never have to put myself through a reboot again! That's my only true motivation!. Well its getting better even though there is a time i cant stop the urges and jerkoff again. Just dont think things that will trigger your addiction go workout its an effective way to distract you from your addiction.
I'm 6 days in. withdrawals are coming on strong. just called in sick to work cause my brain kept me up all night long. this is a combination of weed and porn withdrawals. I'm following your videos and sites to get me through this. but I've never felt worse in my life. kicking meth wasn't this bad..

Day 125, Easy Mode (Sex 1-2 times a week) and still having major problems. I'm terrified that porn isn't the cause of my problems and the uncertainty is torture..

+Stefan Alexander Lay What kind of problems do you have I'm assuming porn-induced ED isn't one of them seeing as you've been having sex..

I'm starting to get worried. I'm on day 22. The first 3 days I felt the same as when I did pmo with the only exception that the brain fog lifted. I felt better and better until day 10 when I felt like a god. Then my feelings started to go down and now I'm anxious, slight head ache, I feel restless. I feel the same as day 0-3. Why would I feel so good at day 10 but bad now Was it placebo Is it withdrawals Flatline.

+erdal0 Don’t worry about it. You’re “Flatlining” and it’s part of rebooting. Not being able to get it up, loss of libido, lethargy, mild depression - all these symptoms are part of it. Just ride it out. It’ll come to an end. In the meantime, stay off porn, don’t “test yourself” compulsively, don’t jack off just to see if you can get it up, and don’t even seek out sex. Not at first, at least. Give your brain time to “reboot”..

+Aves Raggiana I can recognize those things. I'm flat lining like shit. Feeling depressive but I'm day 58... Only problem that I have is that I dry-hump the bed in the mornings :(.
Just started the reboot at the same time,I just started seeing a girl and realised this huge problem in my life... Don't know how to break it to her that I'm not mentally able to keep an erection for 4+ months...I fi d her incredibly attractive and desirable too..., I know I'll probably lose her... I can handle anything tumultuous setback in life... But this kind of thing really brings any man to his knees... The core of any masculine essence is your own dick and balls... And to not be able to get it up... Fucking cuts real deep. The gluttonous comforts of on the west civilisation... We've tied our own noose Heed my warning young men... REBOOT NOW, DONT WAIT TILL YOU'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP TO REALIZE HOW FUCKED YOU ARE. Learn from my mistake. Its easy to reboot single...but when you've the duty to satisfy a partner...you almost feel like killing yourself for being such a disgrace as a guy.. +used_tissue I can relate to your thoughts my man... I know the feels. Have hope though, I rebooted with a partner, and so have thousands of others. Recovery is possible and a couple months/years of suffering will be worth it when you come out on the other side able to feel and connect with others. It isn't easy, but it is worth it, no matter how long it takes. Hope the best for you. Much Love.. and keep warning others, that alone can give you purpose.. I am getting a lot of precum...I have started my reboot...but if I get highly aroused by my thoughts..there is always a fear that precum may take place...my only problem is the release of precum..as soon as it comes out I tend to loose my erection aur have slight hard erection...plz suggest.
Thank you so much for this, it's very helpful and also kind of weird that noone talks about this and expresses these sets of problems that sprout from porn addiction. I started rebooting about 10 days ago, and after three days failed and could not resist the temptation to masturbate due to an overwhelming morning glory erection, but started again about 7 days and going strong with it for now. Thank you very much!.

besides its the only thing i have to reduce my stress and depression since i stopped doing drugs which i have abstained from for almost two years..
I'm worried, I feel my addiction started for being unable to approach girls or to have sex/girlfriend. I'm at the middle of the 90 challenge but I have to ask if this confidence to approach women and successfully form relationships and sex with them stem from being no PMO addicted I've seen a documentary with Gabe in fact that he had a gorgeous girlfriend in spite of being a porn addict, so I'm just feeling hopeless on whether I could get the courage to find a real life partner.. I am experiencing all these.plz someone suggest some solutions so I can get on with life and face my life because I need this period of my life to be super productive..
I don't think i could last 6 months honestly. The longest ive ever gone is a week.Though I don't have issues with performing in actual sexual activity in fact i notice i last longer due to me not being able to act on my fantasies like i do with porn.
Ever since I've started my reboot I have had horrible intrusive thoughts. Now I have had the same sentence stuck in my head for almost three months and nothing I do everyday is making it go away. Is this a normal thing to expect during a reboot.
I'm only 12 days and the only withdrawal i've had is emotional instability. Sometimes I just start crying, like crying and feeling sad, not self pity but just the fact that i'm letting go of the addiction and how difficult it is. But my concentration, sleep, energy and all still hasn't changed one bit. But I just have the emotion of a 13 year old girl right now its killing me! I have one question though...i'm planning to not do porn or sex, but after 3 months or so, is it ok if i engage in sexual activity with someone else or not.
+Thejdreamerzful Yes. The only thing we advise rebooters to stay away from is all artificial stimulation. The emotional rollercoaster is very common as well. I was an emotional wreck for a few months myself. Cried when I got a cookie cake for my birthday haha. Keep truckin and Much Love. I am 45 day free, and I still don't have any whitdraw symptoms :( and still don't see any changes :/.
+Nikola Maksimovic Keep going man ,I have been walking and making my body tired,I am only like 9 days into it ,and got the urge tonight,so glad i watched this video I really want to rewire my brain ,Like everyone else I start out watching softcore stuff then ended up watching shemales and crazy stuff,We all need to break free..
I've been watching porn for 2 years :/ I think the longest I've been without it is a month :/ I'm gonna try for good now :) vids like yours have helped me understand that it needs to stop before it gets out of hand. +Nukapedia Glad to hear the vids have been helpful! Check out our forum and post any questions you have, or share your story and encourage others. You're not alone and you can do this! Hope the best for you!. Currently having anxiety and feeling irritable just as you mentioned in the video. I am currently on day 9. How long does it take normally for withdrawal symptoms do fade away. +Sam S (Silentmind100) From a few weeks to a couple months, but some rebooters experience withdrawal symptoms for longer, the flatline being the main one that tends to take a long time to go away for some young users. Keep in mind not all rebooters experience these. Everyone is different. You'll be fine just keep truckin, and congrats on 9 days.. There is a lot of information and wisdom in this video. I couldn't juice it all out watching it once. I made some notes and I will read it every morning so I will know what my purpose is. There is so much information about no-fap that it is difficult to compress it. This video was a great help. It touched on everything such as why one should stop porn to how to do it. Thanks a lot. I wish you made more videos though. And why are there no podcasts anymore :(. +erdal0 Glad it was helpful bro. Taking notes is something I did during my reboot and it helped me understand what I was going through and what I needed to do. I plan on making more, but it is difficult to balance my time so I have to spread them out for now... stay tuned = ). Same goes for the podcasts, the guys got a little busy with life.. I am in a "reboot" for 2 years now. I think it will never stop and I live in hell. Porn is the last think I would think about. If porn was a person I would violently kill him even though I am not a killer.. +watherby29 Ugly is a relative term. Everyone views beauty differently. People are attracted to different things. I've seen some of the "ugliest" people, by the worlds standards, be in relationships with a much more "attractive" partner, by the worlds standards, because they have a great personality, and are kind. You never know who you might meet one day, but for now, yes, you can recover without a relationship. Avoid reinforcing the addiction and the conditioned porn pathways. Hope the best for you in life. Someone out there will love you just as you are..
+The Reboot Nation Thanks man :) I stay away from anything that is sex related as I hate what it has done with me. I don't think that I can reboot without relationship. My brain seems not to change at all even in abstinence..

Thanks for a million Gabe, you r my hero. I would highly appreciate if u could read my story. I guess I was not a severe case of pied. I started to notice this when i couldn't stay hard for sex and ejaculated with a semi hard dick. I went for around 60 days pmo free(flatline no lobido) and Then I met my new gf. I had a few oral ogasams and i was pleased that I could stay hard for that and I was also able to have sex with her without condom for two times, but fail with condom. After 2 months I broke up with her. I relapsed a few times after the breakup by checking some Instagram photos I guess was slightly better than porn. Then I quickly stopped, and three weeks later I got another new gf( I'm a very good looking man) I kinda want to go for a whole reboot but I think being with a real person really helps. Last night just by kissing I could get hard but still low confidence with my dick. She gave me oral and I was able to stay hard but not sure for real sex. I'm pretty sure if I have to put on condom I would 100 percent fail. Nowadays even after ogasms, I don't seem to have chaser effect. I only feel arousal when I'm with her otherwise no libodo ( still flatline) but I have constant morning woods never lost it. My main problem now is that I can get hard but cannot maintain and afraid to lose it. So I think I'm still on my way to recovery. Am I doing the correct things And do I have the hope to recover completely I just realise lots of friends have the same problem and we all just 21 22 yrs old this is crazy! .
+edw1116 If you continue to stay away from artificial stimulation (porn, instagram etc.) and continue to spend time with your girl and rewire, you should be fine. It sounds like you've seen improvement already, and are getting close to being able to maintain an erection for sex with your partner, even with a condom on. Just keep truckin. If you feel that orgasms are sending you into a flatline, you may want to go a period of time avoiding them. For more on this check out this page on our site - http://www.rebootnation.org/forum/index.phptopic=67.0.
Hey, Gabe. Thanks for everything you are doing to help us out. Without your information it would all be very scary. I have another question. I think I am on a good track towards rebooting. I have been completely free from porn for around 140 days. I am also masturbation free, even tough I had a minor relapse last month. However, I fantasize about sex, a lot. It usually happens when I'm in bed, trying to fall asleep. I don't masturbate to it and I don't think about porn actresses or similar situations, but I want to ask if is it possible that this slows down or blocks my rebooting process, since I have to stop getting aroused to images in my head and have to rewire my brain to get aroused to real partners and real physical touch. Thanks!.
+Tony Piñero We are not sure how fantasizing about real partners affects rebooting. Some have reported it may have helped, some have reported it may have hurt recovery. I personally, at least for a period of time, would avoid it, and spend time with real people rather than think about them. But, this FAQ has the info that you need in regards to this question. Check it out - http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/what-about-fantasizing-during-reboot Hope the best for you. Much Love and thanks for the kind words.. Gabe, what actually causes the low libido during flatline Does it involve the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, thyroid, limbic system, nervous system, dopamine, testosterone, or other hormones From a biological/chemical standpoint, what exactly causes the libido drop.
+Laser Beam We don't know yet, it has never been studied. One theory is it has something to do with the hypothalamus, and drops in dopamine production possibly. I do not think it has anything to do with testosterone personally. Many guys have gotten their hormones checked while rebooting and in flatline and they had normal hormone levels and the doctor couldn't find anything wrong..
In regards to withdrawal/flatline, i am still in hell with a few things 130 days in. My main concerns are extreme fatigue, apathy and brain fog. these symptoms are the only things i have experienced this whole time with very little rest from them i have been very strict with no sexual stimulation at all. i have read countless stories and it seems i am in a very deep flatline can anyone tell me if they have experienced similar things this far along. i know 130 days isn't a long time, though i expected more consistent results this far along! any help on this would be great! thanks.. +Deployer 4130 All I can say is we've seen many guys need longer to come out of the flatline, and many have experienced brain fog and lethargy for longer than 130 days as well. Make sure you are being proactive about recovery and doing things that will give your brain a healthy dose of neurochemical. Exercise, socializing, learning new things, meditation, spending time in nature, are all good things you could be doing to help yourself along the reboot. Hope the best for you and stay patient. Congrats on 130 days!.
Hey Gabe! What you're doing is incredible. I've been struggling with PIED for a long time, feels good to know I'm not broken and that there's a ways to change. Really awesome work, Thanks.

+bankalot03702 No problem bro! There certainly is a way to change. Hope the best for you! You can get through this..
so i am 18, i dont have porn induced ED, i can get it off just by thinking about real life persons, i can t on the other hand get hard without thinking about anything x), i started the reboot program 2 weeks ago and i noticed that i get boner more often and the need to look at women, what i wanted to ask is if i can masturbate just by thinking about old video in my mind is that ok or i should n t do it during reboot , if no then how should i masturbate i young and my body needs it and lots of people say its healthy, thanks for your answer.
+AGF Tun You should not think about anything porn related, as that can activate some of the same neurological pathways. Thinking about real life partners is a better option, or I suggest focusing on sensation alone. Read this for more - http://www.rebootnation.org/forum/index.phptopic=67.0.
15-month flatline here. Still have high anxiety and no libido. Any tips to speed up the process I was a hardcore addict... +NDfor SPDadsdas That is most likely the reason. When I'm feeling good (no anxiety, no negative thoughts), sometimes I think: how did I ever watch that shit I'm trying running now. Been doing it for the past two weeks. It's not changing much, but hopefully things will get better the more I get in shape and stay healthy. but see the thing is I don't want to have a real partner anymore I like the porn more. so boo masturbate everyday. to prevent cancer. +MrDipolar You should be able to masturbate without porn, just saying. And the research that masturbation "prevents cancer" is not solid at all.. So I've got a question. What if you aren't hard core addicted. I usually go a few weeks between uses but can't seem to break entirely free. Any advice.
+tylmansfist Everyone's addiction level is going to be different, but the advice stays the same. If you haven't watched it yet, check out my "Porn Induced ED Reboot Advice" Video. Make sure you are following all the points listed... specifically, if many other things have failed, you may need to change your environment (like stay offline) for a period of time until your brain is in better balance and control. Hope the best for you.
what is with someone who thinks he doesn't have a problem but watching it on a regular basis and masturbate How much would it be considered being an addiction. +nadi67 Can't answer that. Everyone is different and it depends on the physiological changes that take place in ones brain. If one can't, or finds it difficult, to stay away from porn, that would indicate an addiction. No one should be dependent on pixels to functions normally..
+thomas boneta Just cut out porn. Whether or not one cuts out masturbation and orgasm is a personal choice and it depends on the person if it is necessary or not. Read this for more: http://www.rebootnation.org/forum/index.phptopic=67.0.

Great video! Also I have learned from my own personal experience caffeine is not beneficial to the etheric body ♡.
+Jen Jen Reynolds Yes, you are so right. I think people don't realize it because they are so dependent and the mind rationalizes the dangers. Love to you!!.
I've just gone caffeine free in the last three weeks. In the UK we have very good caffeine free tea, thank goodness! I'm already sleeping better ☺️.
I'm on day 3 of not drinking caffeine and yes, I'm having awful headaches and some irritability. I have had to take ibuprophen (sp) but it is slowly getting a bit easier each day. I do feel less energy, BUT I will say i don't feel anxious about anything. I haven't taken my blood pressure but I'm sure it's lower, which is a good thing. Great video. Thank you..

Do you think drinking coffee has something underlining to do with fear Like you don't want to own your own energy Like an escape I've been addicted for years even when I was told over and over, and even knew not to drink it, I don't even have digestion or adrenal glands but keep drinking it. It only takes a few days and your energy perks up, in 4 days it's back. I'm sleeping strange hours, taking naps, waking up super early, sleeping much later, etc, basically I don't have any regular sleep cycles, that is a good point about the sleep, thanks! All in all can't you have a 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup a day though It should be okay..
About 7 years ago I was going through a big change and I lost my desire for caffiene, alcohol, meat and dairy. I switched to tee chino herbal coffee for that comfort feeling. Kombutcha is my favorite beverage. But lately I have been drinking organic decaf coffee. What do you think of decaf.
+Terry Post From what I understand decaf has a small amount of caffeine so as long as you are not experiencing any adverse effects, its probably good for you. Hope you are having a wonderful day!!.

Yes that herb is in longevity tea. That's the one I drink regularly. Thank you for the comment. 💓.
here are my tips for you : if you want some natural pick me up, try peppermint tea, (i recommend traditional medicinals) many people forget how chocolate has caffeine. another tip is add, water, drink more water, try to get lest least 6 glasses a day, if you start day just 2 glasses of water, your 1/3 way done! here is one simple fact that I find interesting most foods like chocolate are deadly to animals (cats, dogs etc) yet many people eat this, the animals are smart enough o say, no thanks. theobromine..
Hypersensitives and those with anxiety should not drink coffee. As soon as I quit, I went from going to bed at 2 - 3am to going at 9 - 10pm...within a week or two. BUT I also quit chocolate which acts similar to caffeine. Now if I have a chai latte or a tiny piece of chocolate, I won't sleep that night..

+Mandy Aii Yes, Mandy, even chocolate contains caffeine. Thank you so much for sharing your story. Im happy that you are now sleeping well. Lots of love..
+Jamie1111 You're so welcome, it was one of the most difficult things I've ever done, but now after a month I feel better than ever. Lots of love..
When I first tried to stop drinking tea and coffee, many years ago, the withdrawal symptoms got so bad within a day that I had to go back and try something else. I was able to wean myself off in about three days, and stayed off for several years. I've given up caffeine several times, and the time it takes to get off it has increased. Last time, it took about two months, gradually drinking less and less. One additional problem is that there are few suitable replacements for tea and coffee. The fruit teas are acidic and tooth-damaging. The barley drinks have a lot of sugar in. And some of the herbal drinks are too aromatic for me. I've found that mint tea is fine, as is fennel & nettle, though less regularly. Decaffeinated coffee is promoted as a suitable alternative, but it still has enough caffeine in it to give unpleasant withdrawal symptoms if you ever stop drinking it. Unfortunately, I'm back on the caffeine, trying to wean myself off it yet again..
+Tales of the Strange Thank you for sharing your story, I know it is such a tricky addiction. I know this time I will never drink it again. The last time I started again it was Christmas time and thought I would treat myself...big mistake, I eventually started drinking regularly again. My favorite teas right now are longevity tea (order online), chai rooibos, and lemon ginger. Blessings to you!. Wonderful idea and a big eye opener for me. I am never going to have another cup of coffee or any sodas or energy drinks. You should probably do a video on the harmful effects of sugar as well. I am sure a lot of people would benefit from a video like that. Thank you for this wonderful video. Cheers!. +Star Being Awesome, you must have an easy time stopping things thats wonderful!! I will do a video on sugar, I have never had a problem with sugar because I noticed at a young age I would feel really bad when I ate candy or treats. I also dont have much of a sweet tooth thankfully. I want to do videos on dairy, meat, and any other harmful substance that there isn't enough information on out there. People need to be informed. Thank you for commenting, lots of love.. +Sherie Thomas Yes, me too!! Im sleeping so well now and feeling really refreshed when I wake up. Thanks for the comment, Angel..

have your feet ever felt numb or like really cold woke up in the middle of the night tripping out I've been on n off since the beginning of this whole year and finally putting and end to it.
Without getting to deep, THANK YOU ! I am going through this with someone I love more than life, and you have helped me to understand what they are going through, at least a little better. Its hard to understand something you know nothing about..
+Trey Jones In the last few days, my loved one has seen that he has been destroying himself and those that love him and has finally vowed to "HIMSELF" that it is over. I can only hope that he sticks to what he has become to see his life is. I will sub you, you gave me some peace, if you can understand that. It takes someone of your age and knowledge of this shit, to help someone of my age to understand instead of condemning. Can you understand that And thank you for that..
L Tyrosine or L Dopa should help. Boosts dopamine levels, and if you have been doing this stuff you burnt out your dopamine producing cells..
bro i stopped smoking meth and even quit drinkin for the moment.i would smoke and drink myself to sleep...wake up hung over then smoke again to get rid of my hangover up and down up and down until i went to the e.r! tachycardia...that did it lol i got the scare of my life..im clean now:) six months.i do battle with the anxiety and memories of tachycardia but i snap out of it.
trey.. im on my first week of quiting this stuff.. tnx for sharing this kind of stories.. it helps me alot about depression...
+Patrick Palma You are welcome patrick! Hope you are still off of this! thanks for your comment and subscribe if you get a chance!.
Trey! Thank you for posting this video. I'm researching this subject because I am worried about my big brother who now lives with me, and I have watched him struggle with on and off drug abuse, depression and suicidal tendencies for years now. I would like to educate myself better on how to help him and to understand what he's going through in hope that he (the brother I once knew) will come back. My problem is he tells me snippets of stories about (supposed) traumas that have happened to him, depression and being suicidal etc and I'm not sure what to believe, whether these are legit issued he has or if he is telling lies and is in fact hooked. Would love to learn more about this, & appreciate all the advice I can get to help him because he has a lot of potential hidden underneath all these issues that are consuming him..
+Lisa Johnston First of all, Thanks for your comment. It shows you are a great sister and care alot for your brother. Im sorry about your situation. Continue to talk to him and be a good role model. Try and talk to him about the root of his addiction. When did it start and why did it start. Was it random or a result of a traumatic occurrence. This needs to be identified first. Also ask if he wants to get better. Before recovery can happen, he has to want it. Thanks lisa and subscribe if you get the chance!.

my bf is on day 3. I'm trying to be supportive. thanks for the heads up on the heightened mentalities.

+Leah Murphy thats awesome leah! how is he doing now thank you for the comment and subscribe if you get the chance!.

please be strong. it took me an overdose to see the light. don't let an overdose change. use your family for inspiration..
I've been using snorting and smoking meth every day for 7 months straight never without it,I do a gram every 2 days and financially it's destroying me...I am going to try to quit when I am finished doing my last 3 grams. So I figure I have a few days to read up on all I can so that I know what I'm in for..Plz any suggestions to help with this upcoming battle I'm about to start would be greatly appreciated thank you. +Sara Lambert well first off congrats for wanting to quit! i would strongly suggest talking to a doctor about treatment options. Also when quitting its good to have a good friend or family member who is sober there to help you! Good luck and let me know how you do! Thank you for your comment and subscribe if you get a chance!. Alternative medicine can be very helpful for addiction recovery. One important factor is nutrition and the basic is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables in the healthiest form. That is, not canned or bottled juices and vegs, but bought fresh and peeled at the moment of eating. Exercise is very good and necessary. The simplest form is to walk. If you can walk in the countryside fine, if not try a park or even the city streets. Biking is also good, no need to go to the gym. An inexpensive and natural helper is the Bach Flower Remedies (look up the book authored by Dr Bach himself online) all the emotional states are described and you take the flower remedy that matches your emotions: a few drops in a little water. Another therapy is called "Emotional Freedom Therapy" is pretty new and is derived from acupuncture, but instead of using needles inserted by a doctor, it's a self-administered therapy where you tap certain areas of your face head and body to stimulate the energy flow. Plenty of videos on YT and websites on the subject. The best I found was by a certain Isnard (sp) because every new therapy attracts lots of new age fanatics and charlatans, you have to be careful. Another great help is classical music. It's like a drug that comes into your ears and gets you high and at peace, and has no downside. Try Vivaldi Mandolin concertos, they'll bring joy; his music for Cello by Bruno Cocset, will make you feel a wide array of emotions. Try the Suites for orchestra by J.S. Bach, they're upbeat. Chopin Nocturnes played by Brigitte Engerer are for piano, very beautiful and peaceful. Chopin Etudes played by this young man Daniil Trifonov are amazing. Try the piano concerto Nr 2 by Rachmaninoff, played by Arcady Volodos, if you feel adventurous, and listen to this beautiful melody that comes right at the beginning. It will sound unfamiliar but after a few listens you'll start to remember some musical phrases. Give it a try for 15, 20 minutes in the beginning until your ears get used, then you can take it for longer periods. Read the comments. All this music is free on YT. I never took meth but did other drugs to suppress my depression. All the issues that cause the depression have to be faced and processed. The person needs to grieve for the loss of (a frequent situation) the father or mother s/he never had. A bad parent who is not providing for the child's emotional needs is the same as a stranger and the child is left an orphan. So the child for many years believed there was something wrong with himsef, that it was his/her own fault if mommy or daddy acted that way, but for emotional growth to occur the addict needs to accept that the parent never loved him and that apart from the biological bond, the parent was never the mother or father he needed to develop into a balanced person. So even tho the parents are alive the addict needs to grieve as if they were dead because the parents he needed did not exist. It's real grief, it makes you weep and sob and you must allow all the pain to express itself and come out, don't hold it back. And once you stop weeping you feel at peace at last, you get in touch with the person you are, you recognize the innocent child you used to be before all the emotional neglect or violence deformed your soul. And you're on the road to recovery. You will start to respect yourself, to understand that you are in charge of your own well being and that you deserve to be healthy and at peace with yourself, and you will feel compassion, forgiveness, acceptance and love for the person you are. It helps if you ask God's help and trust him to support you..

+Khamomil thank you so much for your additional advice and info! please subscribe if you get a chance!.

i have snorted it 2 years, i will be a dad in 5,5 month and i wanna quit. it have taken almost all from me. im from denmark, and im gonna quit when i wake. please tell me how to stay away from that shit, i want to stop so badly..

And if you notice that it seems that you have no empathy, it's because you don't, it's gone for good. You have also wiped out your serotonin and dopamine, and you'll have a hard time ever having fun sober ever again. Good luck. This is why it's called dope..
+Bob Kerbs Im not sure if you are referring to me, but i do not agree with you. I drank alcohol for 7 years straight almost everyday along with heavy tobacco. Quit cold turkey and after a month or so, was able to my old self again. I have never done drugs, but i consider alcohol a drug because it depletes the feel good receptors too. But thanks for you input anyways bob and subscribe if you get a chance!.
if you really whant to stop when you see that line or pipe or bong. just picture your casket and grave it helpded me. smoking for 5 years and im 5 months sober thanks to god. some of my freands past on meth..

I been on meth off and on meth like 7 times. sometimes. I can't sleep. cause of meth dreams..

+kevin swayzie theres definitly Treatment which is non harming as much as others...if it can take you off do it but i solved my drug Problem alone after Treatment...dropped meds and did it my own...horrible but was worth it endlessly...my Point is when you take meth thos meds from the facility dont matter anymore since meth is so fuckin bad.
+Trey Jones hey everyone. When it comes to meth its all about how strong your mentality is. I know i make it sound simple but thats because other things in my life made it easier. Saying thoughts out loud to urself is really good. I mean all the negatives ur thinking all the positives. Secondly its good to have a therapist. If u really dont like the come down because of ur thoughts and ur thoughts r really that bad trust me u wont do it again. People become addicted to things like this because of other personal reasons and the drugs become sort of a number or an escape. The best thing for anyone to do is be honest with urself and figure out what it is your really trying to supress. Ive done meth became addicted for 5 years and then heroin for 4 years and i quit them both cold turkey and never returned again. Some people who use meth just need some one to talk to. Ur not weak in anyway. U take it as a learning experience and move on. One way i have found a positive from the addictions is that i am now able to identify them, see the drug deals so its kind of an eye opener. If anyone needs help with this. Treys video is awesome for the physicality, but even better on the advice of mental illness.. dude I've bin off meth for a year and I used it about 6 times. it is dangerous I hate it. And I've bin getting thses suicidal thoughts..
+Miguel Gomez Thank you so much for your comment and keep in touch! Subscribe if you get the chance!.
please if you're reading this help me im overdosing I think because I trew up a lot than got the shitters, and feel really weird please help. +Htown Tres how are you feeling now Meth is a very dangerous drug. Completely stopping is the only way to help. How long have you used Thanks for the comment and subscribe if you get the chance!. Hey i used it only for to straight days, be now i feel so shifty, like i have depression, headache, i feel like my head is going to explode from thoughts.
+Paulius Aleksandravicius are you still using Sorry to hear your struggles. Thank you for your comment though and please subscribe when you can!.

+Trey Jones Hey everyone. Look the drugs dont control your mental issues. Instead the drugs have helped you supress whatever it is you were trying to supress. If you were depressed before hand your depression is going to explode on you. Talk to some one and tell them exactly how youre feeling. I personally was addicted for 5 years to meth and immediately after 4 years to heroin. I quit both cold turkey and never touched them again. I dont even take pain killers. Look if want some one to talk to that has been down the same road you might be surprised at what u find out. I got out of it because i learned on my own that its only bad to CONTINUE to be an addict but its soo positive to have BEEN one. I can walk around town and identify them and spot drug deals. But the best part is that my kids arent able to hide that from me as opposed to a person who has only seen it. So if its outreach ur looking for i got positivity for u. Although im not a therapist a person can learn from another. Last thing, i bet the majority of u smoke cigarettes too Let me know. Great video trey.
