Not everybody is available to go to gyms or get at-home equipment. Also, some people have serious problems to where if they run too much they can get seriously hurt. Also, it's always better for your body to get used to eating very healthy before doing all the exercise stuff, because if u don't and just skip right to doing hard core workouts, u will get really hungry after and u will forget to eat a protein shake or a salad instead of a huge bottle of gatorade and some chips/sandwich afterwards. Its quite complicated but some people don't even need to eat healthy or exercise to lose weight. Most people just have to cut off sugar and salt like me.     Definitely gonna try the green tea thing. I've already cut out sugars and lots of carbs from my diet. I'm 203lbs and 5'7" I want to at least lose 30lbs. Anyone who thinks that cutting off candies and sodas is very hard is, well right but only for about first 2 months or so. That's because your body is suffering from withdrawal syndrome. Then it's just down the hill. I haven't drank soda for almost half a year and I don't miss it at all. Seriously, now I think it's just disgusting.     I'm currently trying this diet plus exercising at the same time and I'm seeing results. I find when I drink green tea, it gives me energy, making me want to do stuff.     Hi Vicky, thank you for this video:) I started 3 days ago and I have lost 2 kg, although my boyfriend ate chocolate cake and bread and lots of other goodies in front of me, I remained strong and was rewarded with weight loss and I am determined to continue a few more days, fast results are so motivating for my future eating habbits:). Hi David, I`m doing fine thanks. Yes, it does work, but you gotta stick to the exact diet. I made a mistake on the first day, because Vicky said one cup of oats. I did that, but that was too much calories. You gotta weigh the oats, it`s 40-50 g oats.:). 2 Sefer, hi there:) well, I did exactly what Vicky said in the video. Between 9 and10 am I have 3 boiled eggs and one green tea. Between 1 and 2 pm I have 3 boiled eggs and an apple (make a half an hour break between the eggs and the apple) and green tea. Between 5 and 6 pm I have an apple and green tea. Between 7 and 8 pm (I prefer not to eat too late) I eat 40 -50 g oats cooked with a few fruits and nuts on top. Very important is that you weigh the oats because in the video Vicky says one cup of oats which is more than 160 calories, I made that mistake on the first day, I took a small cup of oats but only afterwards I noticed that it was far too much and that I had eaten almost 400 calories! no sugar or milk added to the oats! I hope I could help you:).

    Hello i have started this diet thing, truthfully i have skipped, 1 meal in course of 2 days but results were very surprising, in 2 days i lost 3kg, but tomorrow is the 4th day so going to weigh myself and see the results of 4days. I definitely lost a pound a day and sometimes two pounds a day. 900 calorie diet will work for anyone, they foods you eat in this video are great because of the protein and fiber in it.     I recommend bringing a water bottle or a mug (like the Starbucks ones)so you can keep the green tea safe. For the eggs just use a container and a lunch box..

    +Payal Jariwala I don't know if she will message you back, but I am also 5'4" and started at 135.5 pounds which is pretty close...I started on Sunday the 17th and today is Wednesday the 20th and I have lost 5 pounds so far. I didn't think this was possible because one pound is 3500 calories and I am not being active at all, other than light housekeeping and going to the grocery store walking around a little each day. So I don't know if it is "water weight", which it could be...but I'm going to keep going and finish the 10 days and let you know what happens. I do know that based on the calories I burn in a day vs. the calories I've been consuming, I have been creating a 1000 calorie deficit every day for the last three days so I must have lost nearly a pound in body fat at least, even if the other pounds lost are water weight. I haven't felt hungry at all, but most of it is just cravings for foods I normally like to eat. It really isn't a hard diet to follow...for me anyway. :) I'll try to remember to update people once I'm done! :). i want to follow this diet plan but my job time is 9am to 5pm how can i boiled the eggs there please help me.

So farms have lost 6.5lb in 3 days but I wouldn't recommend to much time in the gym, I'm sure you will be fine with 30 min and then once you reach your desire weight you can increase your time and eat different too...     I recommend eating the egg whites more because egg yolk is normally used to build up muscle and is high in cholesterol. You can still eat both though..

    do u know that your sweat is the water your body is realising and your pee is the carbon dioxide mixed in with air that u breath.

    Something that helps is drink a glass of water with lemon in every meal. Atleast just 1 after you end you food, or while you are eating. Idk, i started to do it and it kinda helped me to feel better. One more thing, if you drink a few glasses of water half hour before your meal it can make you feel more full and not eat so much. And also, try to not eat so much during the dinner, is better eat some kinda 'light' so you wont feel so bad when you are going to sleep.
