    Not sure they forgot this one crucial point but Tiff did say she had a history of Bulimia. That already indicates that she has a body image problem and she isn't gonna listen to the whole "work out and then you'll be healthy" because it's gonna be really difficult for her to see herself as anything other than 'fat' unless she see's a dramatic difference. Even then she could still have the mind set of her not being thin. Bulimia and Anorerxia are one of the most difficult disorders to treat.     This is so sad. I try my hardest not to take any on the west medicine whether it's liquid medicine or pills. I try to keep everything naturals herbs or exercise. I cycle and jog to stay in shape plus I try to watch everything I eat. Those pills mess up your body in the long run. So try to avoid them. For example if you have a headache drink more water consume more potassium (bananas, coconuts, dates etc.) It's like everything is to convenient, so people become more lazy and less wanting to achieve goals in life.     Nothing to do with how quickly you should lose weight. An overdose on diet pills will anyway not do that for you. If you take 8 pills instead of one, then it makes sense that this is a lethal dose, if you are not familiar with that pill. if one pill is a major stimulant, and two makes you hyperactive like in like a frenzy, and 3 is overkill and makes you have to stoop down and hold your heart until it passes over, hopefully, and 4 is too much for the body to pass over and when it does finally get out of thte danger state, your body needs a rest for about 2 weeks to fully recover. Then 8, would be lethal. OK, so grab a load of lettuce and cucumber and water, and go to an airy place to run around, or lay down, or do what ever your body is telling you, just to stay alive, who knows! maybe you'll survive! But there ARE limits, and i would say that 8 was well beyond that..
    I think its unfair for guys to be fit cuz we actually have to work for the body. No guys can be born buff as hell. But for girls, on the other hand, they can be born with a fine ass body and dont even have to work for it.... I think that's because of the messed up standards in society. The "standards" for girls may be unrealistic and super unfair at times, but still some girls can fit them without working out. With guys however it's not like that. Because muscles can just get bigger and bigger and bigger... I don't particulary like buffed guys, I appreciate the beauty in it, but it's not my thing you can say. I think not only girls but guys can look naturallh just awesome and some have the genes to do it without working out. Some people have a little bit of visuable arm muscle just by playing a sport as a hobby once a week. Of course they're not buffed though... I wish guys didn't feel the need to be buffed fo be liked. It's one thing if it's your own prefferation, another if you do it for others.. Bart is wrong about the speed of weight loss, doing it slow like that with a low fat low calorie diet will lead to platos. If you are really fat and have a lot to lose id recommend 25 or fewer carbs a day with 30 minutes of light workout a day, doing it this way you can lose 4-5 lbs a week, sometimes more in the beginning. your body will stay in a fat burning state called ketosis where your body is producing the chemicals that burn fat rather than the chemicals that burn sugar. If you have a sugar positive diet your body will not burn fat so super low carb is the way to go. I have lost 200lbs in 2 years and im 41lbs away from my goal weigh of 200lbs..
    +warriordx8 thanks but I have spent my life to trying that and it didn't work. I tried to do a low carb diet for the first time to prove someone else wrong who told me how well it worked. I had planned to be told to stop by my doctor or gain weight, the exact opposite happened and on top of that I feel better than I have felt in my life. My preconceived notions of what healthy is lead me to 20+ years of obesity now that I've lost over 130lbs I look at things a lot differently, so I understand where you are coming from I just can't do it that way myself..

Most people I've met who want to start a diet treat carbs like the plague and immediately hop on the keto diet. In my opinion, that is not a wise decision unless you enjoy high fat low carb foods. The best advice I could ever give a beginner is to experiment with their body and find the macros that work for them. Some people run better on fats like you do, while others can easily tolerate a lot of carbs and not gain any fat, like me. Hell, I've been cutting weight on 350g of carbs lol. One of my friends has been cutting on 700g!!!! The dude is insane... His body is freaking crazy lol.. Protein, Creatine, Animal Cuts, BCAAs, Fish Oil, Multivitamin and Fiber. That's it, no pre-workout or test boosters or pro hormones. +Vin Sad Fish oils help the joints.     I'm so desperate to lose weight at 350lbs I have changed my diet( when I'm not suicidal) and exercised (when I'm not suicidal) but nothing has worked. I have some friends who have this problem (I had the opposite problem for the most of my life) and one who successfully gained weight started lifting and enjoying the food. BTW I can garantee you that if you will be eating more AND healthy, you would feel better! Take it easy. If you need to gain some weight it could be in the matter of months and years, does not need to be tomorrow....

    I have shes more than 15 pounds in a week, totally naturally :) I ate a soup (not ONLY soup) that makes your fat cells release the triglycerides into the blood. Important thing here: to actually use up the released fat, you need to exercise - otherwise it will just be stored in the fat cells again. Although the soup is made of only vegetables, and one would think they wouldn't give you the energy to work out, BUT that's what the triglycerides in your blood do! I was very surprised at how much energy I had! I usually did 120 situps as part of my exercise routine (slowly, up to ca 60 degrees, legs up on a chair), but while I was on the soup, I did 300... then stopped because I was bored - the energy seemed to not run out! Really healthy soup, but makes you hungrier the more you eat - it's excruciating! The weight did not come back after this, so that's good too, although you DO need to eat a little less than before to remain the new weight. It COULD have been water-weigh, but I drank 1,5 liters of water a day, on top of the soup, which had a lot of water. Any explanation.

    For some reason FDA regulation works backwards when it comes to supplements. Instead of having to prove that their product is safe before it goes to market, supplement manufacturers can actually sell anything they want (as long as it doesn't contain illegal or banned substances) and it will only be removed from the market if the FDA can demonstrate it's unsafe. I can only assume it works this way because 99% of weight loss pills and the other garbage that are categorized as "supplements" are actually harmful to you and wouldn't pass standard regulatory tests so they've rigged the system to make a profit..

    I lost like 30 pounds in 2 weeks last summer just from exercise, but thats because i havent done it for so long. My cousin was trying to lose weight, so she didn't eat anything with sugar in it and she was barely eating. Im talking like maybe a fruit or vegetable a day.     I took diet pills before and even the controversial bangkok pills but i have never lost as much as i have lost now that i've tried just diet and exercise. I still have a long way to go but i lost 14 lbs in 44 days... #dietAndExercise.

Because when I started losing weight I weighed 220 pounds and in the first week of only exercise and eating less (nothing different or strange, just less) I lost eight pounds. And for about a month I lost eight pounds a week and then it slowed to about five a week then three and from then till now it's been about one to one and a half pounds a week. I think it just depends on how much weight you have TO LOSE in the first place cause not everybody is gonna lose only a pound a week..
