From a philosophical perspective, I like the idea of being able to eat as much as we want. Food makes us feel good, we've evolved to be that way, and it will take some artificial evolution, global famine, or millions of years to change it. Also, living a good life involves partaking in fine things, including good food, like those people who tour around on the food channels. But I also really think that taking the exorcise aspect out of life is super dangerous, not just physically, but mentally.     Nothing to do with how quickly you should lose weight. An overdose on diet pills will anyway not do that for you. If you take 8 pills instead of one, then it makes sense that this is a lethal dose, if you are not familiar with that pill. if one pill is a major stimulant, and two makes you hyperactive like in like a frenzy, and 3 is overkill and makes you have to stoop down and hold your heart until it passes over, hopefully, and 4 is too much for the body to pass over and when it does finally get out of thte danger state, your body needs a rest for about 2 weeks to fully recover. Then 8, would be lethal. OK, so grab a load of lettuce and cucumber and water, and go to an airy place to run around, or lay down, or do what ever your body is telling you, just to stay alive, who knows! maybe you'll survive! But there ARE limits, and i would say that 8 was well beyond that..
    I think its unfair for guys to be fit cuz we actually have to work for the body. No guys can be born buff as hell. But for girls, on the other hand, they can be born with a fine ass body and dont even have to work for it.... I think that's because of the messed up standards in society. The "standards" for girls may be unrealistic and super unfair at times, but still some girls can fit them without working out. With guys however it's not like that. Because muscles can just get bigger and bigger and bigger... I don't particulary like buffed guys, I appreciate the beauty in it, but it's not my thing you can say. I think not only girls but guys can look naturallh just awesome and some have the genes to do it without working out. Some people have a little bit of visuable arm muscle just by playing a sport as a hobby once a week. Of course they're not buffed though... I wish guys didn't feel the need to be buffed fo be liked. It's one thing if it's your own prefferation, another if you do it for others.. Bart is wrong about the speed of weight loss, doing it slow like that with a low fat low calorie diet will lead to platos. If you are really fat and have a lot to lose id recommend 25 or fewer carbs a day with 30 minutes of light workout a day, doing it this way you can lose 4-5 lbs a week, sometimes more in the beginning. your body will stay in a fat burning state called ketosis where your body is producing the chemicals that burn fat rather than the chemicals that burn sugar. If you have a sugar positive diet your body will not burn fat so super low carb is the way to go. I have lost 200lbs in 2 years and im 41lbs away from my goal weigh of 200lbs..

Most people I've met who want to start a diet treat carbs like the plague and immediately hop on the keto diet. In my opinion, that is not a wise decision unless you enjoy high fat low carb foods. The best advice I could ever give a beginner is to experiment with their body and find the macros that work for them. Some people run better on fats like you do, while others can easily tolerate a lot of carbs and not gain any fat, like me. Hell, I've been cutting weight on 350g of carbs lol.     I have shes more than 15 pounds in a week, totally naturally :) I ate a soup (not ONLY soup) that makes your fat cells release the triglycerides into the blood. Important thing here: to actually use up the released fat, you need to exercise - otherwise it will just be stored in the fat cells again. Although the soup is made of only vegetables, and one would think they wouldn't give you the energy to work out, BUT that's what the triglycerides in your blood do! I was very surprised at how much energy I had! Thank you so much for putting this out there :) I did mine today and it was really easy but I recommend adding some black pepper to them (or just swallowing a couple of pepper corns with the capsules) as it enhances the Dapoxetine of turmeric in the body by 2000% ! Also if you wanna make your life a bit easier, just properly mix the three spices together and scoop them all in at once ;).
    Please look up side effects of extended use of cinnamon (cassia). There are several health problems associated with it especially for those with blood clotting issues. .

    I used the same ingredients but of different calibre. I used allspice as replacement for cinnamon, hot cayenne pepper, turmeric and China green tea leafs (not fully powdered). The combination of these 4 ingredients makes it stronger with this in mind. I plan to take 1 a day for the first 2 weeks, 2 a day for the next 3 weeks and 3 a day for the next 4 weeks. With soup for each day and 1/2 a litre of water minimum. I will post my findings. Thanks for sharing. :-).

I think you can try it out, but if you don't feel good or you feel a burning sensation you should probably not take these pills again. Also, when you first start out, try 1 pill a day, so your body can get used to the spices. And remember to take the pill when you are eating..
