    yeahhh... that part about swimming "a few laps" every day isn't true. Im a swimmer, I swim about 200 laps a day for four days a week and i'm not exactly "shedding pounds".     Same Gabi adjusting portion size really helps but I use an app to help (it's called loose it!) and it really helps so basically your given an amount of calories you can have per day based in your weight height etc. (to you can adjust it according to how fast or slow your metabolism is) so you log in all the food you eat throughout the day as well as excersize. So the point is to do more excersize than what you eat so you can eat pizza, chips, etc as long as you work it off.. You can also remove a top bun from a hamburger and did you know that you can eat what you what but just less of it and it can still be kind of healthy depending on what it is. i eat a whole pizza on my own... my uncle is a nutritionist and i´m on a programm where you have 5 meals´ per day. anyone is free to try this 1. breakfast: glass of milk with one tablespoon protein mix in it 2. cereal bar 3. lunch, specifically 1 plate of whatever homemade food i want, 1 slice of bread and 1 fruit or a small salad 4. cereal bar 5. a toast or a yoguhrt. i can have 2 alcohol drinks per week, 1 dessert of my choice per week and replace 1 homemade lunch per week with any junk food i want. i exercise once a week for about 45 minutes and never drink anything with added sugar. i´m keeping my weight steady this way in a healthy way without having to let go of my favorite foods, 165 cm height, 55 kilos. if you want to lose weight you skip the 2 cereal bars and have only the other 3 meals skipping the lunch replacement (of junk food once a week) as well. i was 62 kilos and now 55 following this for 1,5 month. then i kept my weight steady for 4 months following the above.

    You can drink it cold, I find it doesn't steep as well if you just put the tea bag in cold water but if you steep it in hot water then chill it, it's good!.

    Its 4 days now today, and I have lost 2.6 kg weight... I was 85 kg and now I am 82.4(both weighed empty stomach in the morning).     I wanted to give my results since a whole lot of people don't like to come back and say whether they had results or not. I definitely lost a pound a day and sometimes two pounds a day. 900 calorie diet will work for anyone, they foods you eat in this video are great because of the protein and fiber in it. It's not the healthy way to lose weight but it definitely works if you stick to only 900 calories.

    I recommend bringing a water bottle or a mug (like the Starbucks ones)so you can keep the green tea safe. For the eggs just use a container and a lunch box..

But you can keep the weight off by continuing to eat healthy food, not skipping meals, drinking water, doing a bit of cardio even if it's a 30min walk, and not having late dinners. Dinner i alternate between oatmeal & salad with some chicken fillet & couscous. I think by skipping any kind of oil in food helps alot..
