    Thanks for the video, in the USA farmers poison wheat crops with round up so they get get an extra crop before winter. I got very sick about a year ago so I went to a living food diet and am getting pretty health to my surprise and my doctors I have regrown my cartilage in my hip joints. I have to admit I miss potatoes and wheat so I started with potatoes and my body agrees with them, I tried pasta and blew up like a balloon WOW I thought can wheat really be this bad so I found some pasta made in over seas and I didn't blow up like I did from USA wheat I took this one step further and made some bread with some flour from India and had no problem with that either. Has anybody ever studied gluten sensitivity compared to poison.

    Hi Cat! I like your video! Can you eat rice It seems to me that your daily diet you described does not get up to 2000 calories. Thank you! I do eat small amounts of red rice and japonica black rice, but not often. The day I'm showing is just one day, my diet is quite varied, but I do not count calories or grams of this and that. I eat a wide variety of whole foods, avoid my known trigger foods, and listen to my body, it lets me know if I need more or less. Thanks for your comment, have a great day!.

    Hi Goran, thanks for your questions. Individual response varies, I have had clients see improvement in 2 weeks, but for some it takes several months. Yes, I do take supplements, and when I was recovering I took MANY. It wouldn't be responsible for me to make individual recommendations for most supplements outside of the client relationship, but I can highly recommend curcumin (the active component in turmeric), but you need to check with your doc especially if you take medications.
