Hey all! Pretty good video, Thanks! Have you heard the rumors about this astonishing system at "Brendt Miracle Arthritis Cure" website (search on google) My cousin got incredible results and got rid of their arthritis occurrences forever!.
Cetyl M or Cetyl Myristoleate is suppose to be good. Someone referred me to it! I've looked into it. It sounds promising. He said his 13 year Los now keeps up with his two year old fur baby!.
I am looking for an arthritis treatment for my Chocolate Lab. I would prefer to compound something and give it as a topical because it seems to be affecting the joints in his feet/ankles/paws and less his hips and back. When you mention NSAIDs; Why not Ibuprofen, Naproxen or Nabumetone They're much easier to get over the counter, you can find them in lower doses, they're cheaper, and they're less Cyclooxygenase-2 selective which means they will theoretically have less intestinal side effects. .

Fairly recently, I learned that PINEAPPLE contains an enzyme, called Bromelain, that BLOCKS the enzyme that is naturally found in the gastrointestinal tract which breaks down drugs/medications. By consuming PINEAPPLE you can actually reach toxic levels of your medicines as the naturally occurring enzyme that breaks down those medications is not allowed to do it's thing (is blocked)...so by eating PINEAPPLE you may be causing very high toxic levels of your medicines to circulate within your body for a prolonged period of time. Don't believe me Google it!. Oh I know this cause I was sick. Not anymore! Put down all the dairy and pork, and all fried foods!!!! .
Most all dis-ease is due to inflammation, cardiovascular disease- inflammation in the veins, Alzheimer's inflammation of the brain and it continues. Take your systemic enzymes cause your body stops making enzymes around the age of 27! Eat as much greens and Omega 3s and Turmeric tea and you will feel amazing and be amazing and will not get sick!.

+Jane Austin Deathly plants contain minerals, as well as vitamins but that does not mean that you should eat these plants to obtain minerals en vitamins, there are other less toxic/non toxic options out there. Nightshade vegetables are slightly toxic. The eggplant contains for example tons of nicotine..

Being healthy is really simple but a lot of people find it impossible to give up their old habits. I am desperately trying to get my parent to eat healthy but they are stuck in their old lifestyle. .
+Aris “Taratajum” Psaltis Since we're talking about Omega 3 fatty acids, you will not find low fat foods here. Nonetheless, these foods are good for you. It's not recommended that a person eat fish more than 1-2x week, due to mercury concerns. I say enjoy sardines in moderation.. Wheat gluten also causes inflammation in a large percentage of the human population, this should NOT be on the list for anti-inflammation diets! Many people with either undiagnosed celiac disease or gluten sensitivity can be causing long-term damage to their digestive tract from the wheat plant. As a society we'd all be better off converting the fields of wheat to free range bison grasslands. .
Yes very true it is frustrating:{ watch on YT john Bergmann how to have a healthy thyroid The man is amazing!! Let me know what you find:}.

Many alternative medicine websites allege that nightshade vegetables contain a toxic alkaloid called solanine, a defense mechanism in some Solanaceae plants that protects againstl threats such as insects. It’s true that solanine may develop in potatoes, which turn green when exposed to light. (That’s why potatoes with green areas should be discarded.) Contrary to the rumors, however, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes—even the green ones—do not produce solanine and are perfectly safe to eat..
2 zenmachinefilms Tomatoes have nutritional merits, but I believe they fall in the class of "nightshade vegetables" that she briefly mentioned; this is a class of vegetables that are said to contribute to inflammation. . She's great. Obviously knows what she is talking about. Looks a lot more healthy than most of the nutritionists I know, so probably worth listening too. . Just refer to the Dr. Weil WHOLE foods diet that incorporates all of the low glycemic index and anti-inflammatory and additional associated buzz words..
What about the tomatoes He kept interrupting her and she never got to the tomatoes. I thought they were supposed to be good for you .
Nonsense. You don't eat the leaves! And the lycopene and lutein and other cartenoids are more bio-available if you cook them first. 2 sdushdiu, I agree that tomatoes and eggplant and peppers are healthy...tons of anthocyanins in them and lycopene in *cooked* tomatoes, fiber, too, in all of them! . Extracted oils are junk food...they are pure fat and offer no vitamins or nutrients...maybe trace amounts of nutrients, but it's best to quit eating extracted oils. See Dr. Esselstyn's great youtube video...the man has saved many lives. . As a practicing physician, I always recommend this diet. It can reduce heart disease risk, keep existing cardiac problems in check, reduce blood triglycerides and blood pressure as well as soothe stiff arthritic joints.. If I was not erectly clear, the Fruit (eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes (except for any green portions)) is perfectly safe to eat. But do NOT eat any of the green leafy parts of the plants or any green spots on potato!.

Can you use coconut oil instead of fish oil Aren't there parasites in raw meat Where can you buy the supplements. +Missi R - Parasites are not found in muscle meat. Only in gut organs such as intestines. BACTERIA, is what is found in muscle meat. But dogs digestive systems have no trouble killing it off in thier acidic stomachs. I would go slow with coconut oil, as it is a very strong anti-fungal and can give a dog bad gastriintentinal issues. Start with 1/8th of a teaspoon and see how it goes. Changes in stool always happen when changing a dogs diet, but the results are amazing. I feed an anti yeast diet, but I use "Primal Grind" rolls along with Nupro. Eggshell should be ground to a fine powder for small dogs like my 9 pound maltipoo. Dinovite you can only get from thier website, but I like Nupro better, its cheaper and it like 12$ for a pound of it on vitacost. Good luck!.
anyone doubting raw diet look up Dr. pottengers cat experiment. it didn't start out as a diet experiment on cat's but it's extremely revealing. Just wondering if anyone's ever seen animals cook their food before They eat it They are carnivorous creatures built for raw consumption..
Thank you for saying the infection might seem worse as the yeast start to die off. It's been a month now that my dog has been eating raw and I was starting to worry as her condition has seem to worsen. I am confident it is yeast and I am confident she will get better. Appreciate the video. Great advice! Laurie Osmond Bedford NS. +Karen Soares Depends on the allergy or condition Karen. Species appropriate diet is the first step. It's been 5 months for my dog and the yeast is still not completely gone. I don't think it will ever go away however her quality of life is 10 times better. That said, research research research BEFORE switching to raw. The best advice which I live by is from Dr. Karen Becker. Top shelf!.
I am so surprised you don't cook the in the oven or at least to get cook. I was told never give raw meat to the dog..

Raw diets can be a super awesome way to feed your pet. Enzymes clean the teeth, balances out their immune system, promotes better coat, muscle mass the list goes on. If i could afford to feed my whole rescue a raw diet, I would do it in a heart beat. 😀.
+Lupe M Coleman - Watch this video here on Youtube and you will now that being told not give your dog raw food is a lie. Dr. Mercola Interviews Dr. Karen Becker on Pet Food.
I was wondering why you would not use the raw eggs ground up in the blender as with the other recipe and then perhaps cooked like scrambled eggs (rather than big shell pieces).

95% of people that deal with yeast infection result in more intense than when they started! For stopping it entirely, you need to know why it happens and also a verified approach that works..

+Edward A. Scott Check out below web site for more information: help1.info/yeast-infection-treatment.
Turkey, lamb, buffalo (very healthy meat) or as I mentioned in my post, deer (venison). I live in the country & I can hunt enough meat to feed both my 90 pound dogs for about 6 months. Venison is a very lean meat! Fat grows on the outside of the muscle, as opposed to beef & other meats.. Groovy music! Thanks for the advice! I like to use venison because it's completely natural (no growth hormones, etc) instead of beef. . Hi, thanks for the info. how long will it take to see improvements he is very yeasty saw and hair falling out .

Putting my 11 year old corgi down this weekend.. nerve damage in his spine so he cant use his back legs. Hes so depressed and sometimes doesn't eat for a day or more.. hurts so much to see a pet like that, dying. All you can do is comfort them really, and remember all that they brought to your life, and hopefully, yours to theirs..
+Michael Roberts We had to do same thing to our 17 year old dog. It was sad seeing him not able to get up for food or toilet. :(.
You know, I wonder if his alter ego is omry1234 because he bully's babies with the same zeal. I do think that some ppl get brave behind a computer screen, most wouldn't have the balls to say anything to your face, but some are just real assholes! There are alot of both on YT..good for a laugh though.. Lol I just read this whole thread... Funny as fuck... If u hit the dislike your an asshole straight up... Now get over it . My German Shepherd 13yrs of age passed away today with his whole family with him till the very last moment to tell him how much we loved him and how great of a family member he was. He was healthy and strong, but a stroke in combination with a disease that aggressively lead to paralysis, took him from us in a blink of an eye. It really opened my eyes up to cherishing people and things as if it were the last time I saw them because in my case it was certainly my last time seeing my dog who initially seemed to be doing fine. The hardest part is going downstairs or coming home and expecting to see him...only to realize that he is gone now. It hurts so much to lose a family member and my family will always love him forever, not a day will go by without thinking about him. Rest well and rest in peace, Tahoe (July 11, 2015). I can feel your sadness. I too have a German shepherd, 9 years of age. Just few months back he got very serious and I was sure he was about to leave us. Those were the sad days of our lives. It was all because of my husband's efforts of not giving up and above all God's grace that he survived and still giving us joy of our lives. Its because of my this child that I've developed compassion for stray dogs and in general all animals and my fellow beings. Thank u 'Sando' in helping me in becoming a better human being.. Wrong title, it says Sad video, I see a cute happy video of a man giving his dog all the love he needs, it´s sad of course to see the dog strawling, but it´s still a sweet loving video. I love dogs and I love people who loves dogs..
I had to put my dog down because her arthritis completely took away any quality of life for her. I wish I had done this for her..

+mrboxley Its 2 days after Christamas, and as I sit and think about past years, my eyes fill with tears as I realise that this is my first Xmas in 15 years that I don't have my BuddyBoy here with me celebrating Christmas, him with his Santa hat (which he didn't really like but put up with it to please me) then he would wear his bandana for a while which he didn't mind. I look around me and see him in my mind so happy and comfortable with me and our home. He was so faithful and an honest friend to me unlike so many others who said they were friends but weren't. I think back on our times togethers and a smile comes onto my face as I realise I was blessed to have him for those years we were together. In the back of my mind I guess I knew that there would come a time we would have to say good bye to each other, but I always pushed it off not wanting to accept the inevitable outcome of our relationship. Buddy, I loved you, and always will. You blessed me with your companionship, your loyalty and your love. It was a true love, unconditional and honest. A love that does not come every day. Tonight as I say a prayer I will ask God to make sure there is a place in heaven for you as you deserve a spot for your loyal and unwavering love you gave me. I miss you Buddy and if there is a heaven then one day we will be together again. Love Mike.

My pit bull is getting old she is ten now. Still young at heart and plays like a puppy, But still she is aging Been a great dog and a best friend. I may be a grown man but I know I will cry like a little girl when she is gone..
+NYK1015 It is,I agree.I have 2 dogs, and have always had them. The pain when they die is terrible, but they deserve you to be there.I have all my previous dogs ashes, and can look back at them with love. I used to think I could hear my last dog calling me,maybe it was in my mind.. Take care Matilda x.
+Matilda Bond OMG! I thought I was the only one ,I still feel Louis tugging on my blanket so I can put him on the bed and when not that I feel stepping around on the bed and I'm awake yeah I too said it's just my mind but it still happens but not as much. I just go with it when it happens. That's OK sometimes we need that time to recover a loss of a loved one..

I am so very sorry for your tragic loss, I have no words that can convey just how much your beloved pet and you mean to us all. ben..

I have so much respect for the man they say a dog is a man's best friend but for me a man's best friend is a dog..
I have two dogs, and this one in my avatar is getting old, and slowing down, I don't know who is going first, him or me,, so I know how you feel about your best friend, sorry you had to go through this, but the love and companionship they give you through the years kind of makes up for it, I have got to get out of this area of you tube, my eyes are watering up so much I can hardly see to type.. Our 10 year old pet named Louis died last year on St. Patricks day. I never knew a pet that could love his family as he did, he sure acted human and in our hearts he was our little boy. Well at 4am it was time as usual to be up and about and we just thought maybe he's just sleeping longer since he had been slowing down more. When we went to check he was under my side of the bed just so still. they said mom he wont wake up. I just hugged him saying wake up, please wake up Louis .My family said just let go mom he's gone. I'm still sadden cause he was there to comfort me through 61/2 years of dialysis and when I got my kidney transplant in Sept. 2014, he's gone 6 months later. I wonder if he was just holding on for me to be alright. And thank God I was and we kept his ashes and pictures. Well to those that dislike these stories or videos I feel sadness in my heart I pray to God that your understanding to compassion have an awaking, so please! Remember , The Golden Rule And to those that have lost I feel for you. God Bless you All..
I had to put my sweet sixteen year old dog down two weeks ago. paid th vet to come to my place to do it. I am heartbroken to say th least. N my heart goes out to all th dogs AND wolves out there.
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I have 2 rescue a lab and a Jack Russel I keep thinking how long do I have with my precious babies. I don't know what I'm going to son without them. I wish I had a hundred grand bcuz I clone them if I could. All dogs are unique and special in their own way and I will never have 2 dogs as wonderful as my Angel and Malibu.. I'm a cat person..but I didn't disliked this...I like animals ;-;) this video is just sad..
One of my dogs was a lab. She lived to be 12 yrs old, but she had cancer and bad arthritis. She could have lived, but we didn't want her to suffer the pain and decided to put her down. Now I have a bull terrier and she is getting a bit old too ;-;.
I've watched so many heart-warming videos, along with the very sad and tear jerking ones. None of them have gotten to me, however, something about this one is different. It is in between the two categories, and it hits me every time.. This is really sad but also so much respect goes for this man. He cares so much for his companion, it's almost a nutshell of my feelings for dogs. I don't really know how I got to this side of YouTube, but I know that right now, I'm literally writing this with tears hitting my pillow..
We all face the same thing in life. Dying is just one. It is good to know there are dog lovers here on earth. Yes it is sad to say good bye, let alone being there when one's of man's best friend is there seeing the passing of their pet..
Sir I commend you for your real and true loyalty to a love and friend that had been a part of you for nearly 20 years. There is no doubt the level of love and affection he had for you. Which is only more proof of the level of care, respect and love you had given him. If nothing else, let this show to the viewers the connectivity we have and are a part of to all living things..
Check out John's Facebook page (Schoep and John). Unfortunately, Schoep passed away last year, but John took in another dog that needed him, named Bear, and his page is full of awesome photos and stories! And Schoep was receiving laser treatments to help his arthritis near the end, so he spent his last days on his on feet, exploring and laying out in the sun. John and his dogs are awesome!.

No problem! This video reminded me of the first time I saw that photo of John and Schoep. The world needs more people like them..

I love you, man, for what you did. I also did everything for my dying kitty. It feels so good to see someone else devoted to their vulnerable friend. The relief on your dog's face is priceless. You make this universe a better place..
Jhon and Schoep had a facebook page that was visited by millions around the world... You'd be hard pressed to find another dog in this word that was loved more. RIP Schoep. My heart goes out to him. I lost my 23 year old dog Diamonds. Diabetes killed her. She just could not fight it. She died in my arms at the vets. Diamonds taught me how to: 1. live each day to the fullest, 2. be happy grateful for each day, 3. No to sweat the things that don't matter. I hope if I live a good enough life; when it is my time to go; I pray Diamonds and I will be reunited again in the after life and in future reincarnations. She loved me and taught me unconditional love. I don't see how anyone could ever abuse any animal. God has a special place in Hell for people who abuse animals. We are the Guardians of the Animals of this planet not the oppressers/sabotaurs.. +The Greezy 1 could be 23 I had a rat terrier mix for 21 years. life expectancy is all an average care type number with excellent care smaller dogs can live into the younger 20s easily. I had a Chihuahua her name was cookie my friend kiana and I went for a walk and since cookie was being good I took off her leash and we were just playing around then I saw my next door neighbors dog and I was thinking what is she doing The moment she saw cookie she raced toward and we tried to beat her to cookie but right when that dog reached cookie she grabbed cookies and shook her around killed her then left we took her to the vet rapidly crying so hard and requested a cremation that was the hardest thing to do .
I hate when stupid people ALWAYS PUT DOWN your ANIMALS you know their ARE cures you just have too find them and make them yourself this is more sad then a stupid baby for me.
Yes, but some of them cause a lot of pain and suffering. In some cases it's just better to stop suffering than to go through more pain and probably catch another disease or something. They are in a better place after all. My dog had cancer and arthritis, and we knew she couldn't suffer any longer. It is the best thing you can do for them. Also, there isn't a cure for everything, and if there is, it's running out. If you think about it, would you rather go through a lot of pain and suffering and catching more things, or painlessly passing and moving on to a better place of no pain.
I feel the same way about my elderly dog, I spend as much time with him as I can and will be there with him to the end. I love him so much, he has given me his life and his love....

I heard this story I think on Ellen and it touches my heart so much I wish all pet owners were this gr8 to there pets and the animal cruelty would stop. This made me smile and cry..
nice guy. have you through of painkillers or a beanbag to sleep on. got to be warmer then the cold ocean.. I think it only right that we give back to these animals all they have given us. I know how much my dogs, past and present, have give to me and I honor each ones passing by adopting another and giving them a forever home. I will endure the heartbreak of putting my dog down and then hopefully giving another one all the love and attention I have to give as long as he is in my household. Good for you, mister, for giving back.. 10 years ago I had an ultra loyal dog for 14 years. She died because the neighbour poisoned her with pesticides from his garden when we had just moved to Belgium. He also killed 2 of our cats, 1 the same way and other with a beartrap sort of thing which ripped his leg off and we had to put him down because of the tremendous wound. The neighbour has or had pigeons and didn't like our cats because of that. My mother was in love with 1 of the cats. We always had about 3 cats and 2 dogs. Now they have none. I loved my dog more than anything she gave me more joy than my parents. She was always there for me and it still hurts allot when I think of her.. My heart goes to this man and his best friend. My best friend died in 2013, and I still have a wound in my heart that has not yet quite healed, and I know it will never really heal. There is just something special that can not be explained between the relationship between you and your dog. I can't wait to see her again in Heaven..
Sad.I was heartbroken when my best friend died. He has gone over rainbow bridge now being looked after by my family members there until we all meet again..
I don't want my dog to get old and die... Why dogs life span is much shorter than human But no matter what it can't be changed and I must get it over.... This is a good man who loves his dog. Man at his best. I really miss my Dobie, she was 13 years old when I had to say goodbye..
some people simply don't deserve to have pets. this man however, clearly does. pets really are members of the family. tip of the hat to you sir. dogs give so much to their owners. it's rare to see that level of commitment being given back to them. you've got my respect and sincerest condolences for you're loss. Rip pup.

true dog owners will stay in the end with their dog sickness, bad behaver, or even dying of they stay. with them until they die then thats a true dog owner and family.
I'm sorry for having to put this here but please help us and donate towards our family dogs cancer operation. www.gofundme.com/savebenji.
DOG BACKWARDS, IS GOD, THEY ARE BOTH MAN'S BEST FRIEND... I WATCHED THIS VIDEO AND KNEW SHEP HAD A GOOD FRIEND.. GOD BLESS YOU AND RIP SHEP.
Beautiful to see the devotion and loyalty this sweet old dog gave, being returned so tenderly in his hour of need, by this devoted loyal owner, very inspiring God bless this man !!.

Tim, I am not aware whether there would be any material health benefits giving glucosamine to dogs to treat joint pain. On the other hand, I do know about a class action settlement involving Walgreen's, Wal-Mart, and Perrigo of South Carolina that asserts that glucosamine and chondroitin do not provide joint relief in humans, contrary to advertised claims. http://bit.ly/1uOegL7.

I was just checking out a couple of videos online to see if glucosamine was an effective supplement for dog joint pains when I jumped across your video. I'm actually trying to confirm whether it would be safe to give it to my lab who has been limping for weeks now. It hurts him when he walks and he's getting really lazy. I've got this recommendation http://amzn.to/1qkTL6t from a cousin as a remedy for my dog's limping. Is it safe to use this one.

Oh hey! Video is cool, Thanks! Have you heard the news about this cool plan at "Brendt Miracle Arthritis Cure" website (do a google search) My husband got extraordinary results and got rid of their arthritis symptoms for good!.

Thanks a lot! Very useful information, it'll help my voracious little dog from gulping his food. :).
good video but one thing bothers me, sanitizing a rock, did i not hear this correctly, its a dog they eat and lick everything they are made for outside, they make it sound like we have to buy them everything or they cant survive. None of these bowls are very challenging they do makes ones that are like a maze which is much more useful. Besides the one with four walls the dog could lift the ball or early quick around it, and still eat quickly around the island in the middle of the other. If your dog or puppy eats really fast get a maze bowl. Its like a feeder and toy in one :) . Lol its pretty simple they just have to grab pieces with their tongue. Takes longer for them to eat that way. my dogs don't scarf it down, they pick up a mouthful and move to another spot and drop it and then slowly eat it. i don't know why they do this my sister's dog eats it pretty fast all at once.
Dog aren't babies, you don't need to sanitize their dish! They lick their assholes after shitting, they even eat other species shit or their own sometimes. I don't think it's going to do any harm to just rinse it out with water...lord no wonder dogs have so many issues these days.
Dogs can get infections and sickness just like people. They'd family pets not items. Do you wash your dishes in order to eat on then the next day I would assume so so it's a nice fucking idea to clean your animals food and water dishes once in a while...idiot.. Good ideas...Our male pit bull inhales his food we turned his non slip food bowl upside down and it worked perfect. Doing this made him work for the food since the food is in the more narrow portions of the bowl and he can no longer taking heaping mouthfuls at a time...no more gagging, heavy breathing or eating like he has never eaten before..
Can you elaborate because I don't understand. How does he eat if his bowl is upside down!! Sorry, but I'm confused and I need a trick because my golden retriever chows food like she hasn't eaten before..
It depends on the type of bowl you're using for feeding. Some bowls are flat on the bottom so it's not going to work, but other bowls when you flip them over it looks like a bunt pan...deep sides with a round center. The food is poured into the sides the piece in the center makes your dog have to work around the sides to get to the food insted of being able to eat large gulps at a time. A real bunt pan would work aswell depending on the shape of the dogs face since bunt pans are deeper.. The ball is a waste of money for a small dog maybe but not for a large dog who can pick up the ball and move it!.
My female black lab yelps out of excitement for food and walks. It actually sounds like she is barking and yelping at the same time. Is there a way to stop her from doing that.
I had that ball to put in my old dogs bowl and It was stainless steel and it would slip out of her mouth if she tried to pick it up and it worked well and was very good.
you could probably use one of those no spill water bowels and just flip it upside down if you wanted to.

I've had many dogs that wolf their food down, of the three bowls shown the white one in the middle with the divided sections works best. The stainless bowl with the raised area in the center works for a few days until they figure out how to just gulp their food around it, and the bowl with a ball in it (I put two balls in one bowl) works until they figure out how to either flip the balls out of the bowl or again, just gulp their food while moving the ball around with their nose..
2 Sam345ful That may work depending on the size of the bowl and the size of your dog's mouth. Let us know what you find out.. 2 phuntsok143 rice and chicken. just dont put by products in it. proly boiled chicken breast with white rice. i hear its healthy for dogs. and besides canned food usually has that..
Looks like Buddy is going to bust that cube open. I found that turning a regular metal bowl over slowed our 10 second eaters down. We tried to ball in the bowl too. The dog just picked up the ball and set it on the ground and wolfed down his meal Another time we tried putting the food on a line about 3 ft long on the floor. That slowed one foster down.Another nothing worked with and I had to hand feed him one piece at a time and he got exercise by chasing the pieces across the kitchen floor. .
You're worrying about sanitising a rock If it's a smooth rock, just run it under some water for a while. I mean, my dog ate a rotting fish on the beach. Then it ate some roadkill another time. It also eats other dogs poop at the kennels. Its never even been sick after all of this. Sanitising a rock seems like sort of a waste of time. But if you're sure.... 2 Sam345ful I've heard you could use a rock too.Check out brake fats dog bowls.I think they would work alot better than this.
I put a smaller cup inside his bowl and he eats around and I lift the cup..if I am not there to lift the cup he pushes it with his nose...no need to buy fancy plates. .

Use that ball thing and get kibble crumbs all over the floor. Unless you vacuum and mop the floor each and everytime, pretty soon, you'll have an ant or roach infestation. Been there, done that, a bad idea. .

Hello there! Great Video, Thanks! Have you heard the buzz about this extraordinary product at "Brendt Miracle Arthritis Cure" website (google it) My grandfather got fantastic results and got rid of their arthritis symptoms overnight! .
I'm currently removed from my typical diet (turmeric is a major herb in my home cooking) so I'm struggling to stay healthy, forgetting what I "know," because I've not needed to know it! Thanks for this. I remember....
Thanks for the brilliant info. Do these herbs have similar effects to higher dosages of analgesics or are they only recommended for pains that are on mild-moderate level .
2 brofun Eggly-wegglies scrambled with butter and Mj, the breakfast of champions. Also, eating Mj with fatty foods very much enhances Dapoxetine of Thc.. 2 DarcysMartialArts Just as important as taking an anti-inflammitory is avoiding things that cause inflammation, lots of times the major culprits are in the diet..

I'm using something called Anxiety Relief by Naturalcare, a homeopathic remedy, and it keeps my anxiety in check. also keeps my husband from getting so angry over little bothers. I also am taking the willow bark and tumeric, but on bad days those Salon Pas patches really work on pain spots, even headaches..
I use all of these herbs, as I gave up on Big Pharma seven years ago, and I am healthier for that change! (smile) There is another herb that really helps with the pain and the depression that comes from RA and that herb is Cannabis!. Ok ill try this stuff and let you know how i get on, I have inflammation in my hips from martial arts all the time.
A big part of reducing inflammation is also AVOIDING things that causes it. For me some of the things that increase inflammation are: excessive repetitive strain, aged cheeses, eating red meats too often, eating too much junk oils (trans/omega 6), not eating enough omega 3, too many carbs. Eating fatty fish has to be the best thing I have tried in reducing inflammation...sardines, herring, salmon, mackeral..

Will these herbs help cure swelling & Discomfort of cricopharyngeous spasm / Globus Hystericus Please respond this has been bothering me for months now.

I am new to using Cannabis and so far, it has helped me with anxiety, insomnia, muscle tension and I hope to see help for arthritis soon..

"It can create an acidic environment" Show me the source. Fruits CAN be acidic (lemons, oranges, etc.), but they do NOT create an acidic environment in your body. Is he talking about someone who eats lemons all day That would probably mess you up, but eating lots of bananas BS..

too much fruits leads to high blood sugar which causes excessive candida overgrowth...however some good fruits that are low in natural sugar are lemon, limes, berries, and kiwis =D.

Very interesting,Mineral depletion, copper-zinc imbalances, what do you think of this article Google- Copper-Zinc Imbalance: "Unrecognized Consequence of Plant-Based Diets and a Contributor to Chronic Fatigue By Laurie Warner, MA, CNC" I have been researching anti-inflammatory diets and came across it, any comments Great show, love the enthusiasm,it's inspiring!.
2 starseed84 I read your comment so how are your teeth now I felt a lot of energy with fruits but dental health is the big issue around them. So tell me if you still believe it is OK to eat only or mostly fruits I personally believe that if you are getting a lot of D vitamin from exposure to sunlight and walking barefoot all the time maybe you can keep doing that a little bit but I'm skeptic.. I have Arthritis; to ease the pain I follow an alkalizing diet drinking the diluted juice of a lemon a day. I don't add sugar, I only add water. When I do this, it helps.. Hi, there. Thanks for your suggestions. I was told by my doctor that lemons create a more alkaline environment in the body even though they are acidic - is that true Thanks, Bon. remember, eat at least 80% carbs by fruit. If you're not, you're getting too much protein or fats..
regarding minerals... diatamaceous earth is supposed to be good thing to take in order to help your body uptake minerals.
I am not a Raw Foodie but YOU are my FAVORITe Raw Expert! I learn SO MUCH and I love your laid back approach. I am a meat-eater, feel better when I have it, but I do eat lots of raw greens/smoothies/etc. I also would highly recommend Coconut Oil, as an anti-inflammatory food. We need Saturated Fats (google this, see lectures by Gary Taubes)! High carbs are too hard on us, even if it is fruit. You are right on the money! :).
2 marioques I had an Aunt tht grew up next to a lemmon grove back in the 20's and 30's and ate them like candy, by age thirty the enamal was almost completely gone from her teeth, but her hair grew well! What's the relation there.
Now that was info packed! Thanks too for the website hookups! Didnt know they existed before. Awesome.. do you own studies or...you are left with religion, guesses or whatever other people think. Not a nice place really.. fruit cannot strip minerals from your body..what a load o rubbish..please read "it for Lee" and do yourself a favour! Please refrain from really irresponsible statements like this..it is so unhelpful...
yes i mean it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. btw!but ye The surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items. you can see it here bit.ly/11Sy4g6=jgxed.
Yes thats true. But its AFTER digestion. As you might know eating lemons all day will eat you teeths away due to their citric-acid. But after digestion, its alkaline and very soothing for your body. . You don't like the question about anti-inflammatory foods and you name this video top anti-inflamatory foods I wasted my time to watch something that didn't even address the topic I was interested in. WTF over.. I have had Native American Medicine Men and Chinese Herbal Healers say a 3 to 5 day diet of only one fruit preferably apples, pinapple or pears will detoxify your complete system, but shouldn't be done more than once a month.... eating anti inflammatory foods this weekend, got ginger & turmeric, yum. omg if anyone wants to use turmeric as an anti inflammatory mask-warning-bad idea it stains your skin and you have to use vinegar and a rag to get it off!!!. Will you please list here, in the description, the Top Anti Inflamatory Raw Foods, as this is why I came to your video. Thanks!.
only berries and i think watermelon have acidic reaction in the body, every other fruit is alkalizing, more or less....

2 starseed84 i agree that we can eat fruit but were we designed to eat fruit as a primary source if yes how so..
Crazy clip. Nice clip clip. My buddy used to be an overweight gent. He transformed himself from 285lbs of pure fat to 217 lbs of real muscle mass. We thought it was mind-blowing! I just joined myself because I wanna beef up. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)....
